We guarantee to refund or exchange any item (except online archive sample sale) you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in perfect unused condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. (International customers have 14 days from when you receive your order)

All items purchased in our online archive sample sale are final price and are non returnable/exchangeable due to nature of sample sale.
