When returning your item, please send this back as a sealed package and please include your returns form. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service.

Yes you can exchange your item for a different size or colour (at the same price) by completing the returns form and sending back to us.

All exchanges are processed in line with our live stock levels. If the item you have requested as part of your exchange is out of stock you will automatically be refunded in line with our returns policy.

We currently do not offer exchanges on International Orders.

UK customers can return items (except online archive sample sale items) within 14 days of your purchase date.

All International customers, please return your items (except online archive sample sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items purchased in our online archive sample sale are final price and are non returnable/exchangeable due to nature of sample sale.

Items must have all tags attached.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Headwear, Socks and Boxers are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Swimwear with hygiene seal removed are non-refundable.

All customers must complete and insert the returns form when returning their items.

Please include your order confirmation form with any returns to ensure your refund/exchange can be processed as quickly as possible.

Customs and duties may apply on international shipments.

We always aim to process your return as soon as possible. However during busy periods it may take up to 10 working days for us to process your return.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns, however this is something we are looking in to.

It is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.
